Initial Concept
The inception of Terracotta aimed to revolutionise the landscape of car care, presenting an invigorating and contemporary approach tailored to resonate with a younger demographic.
My strategy for this project involved conceptualising a dynamic "Cross" logo, fortified by additional crosses, to convey a cohesive and robust visual identity.
Visual Identity
To initiate this project, I embarked on comprehensive research of the industry landscape and the spectrum of products available within it. This exploration provided valuable insights into successful packaging styles and the intricacies of design elements. Drawing from this wealth of information, I discerned the stylistic direction I envisioned for Terracotta, opting for an iconic brick pattern to symbolize its robustness and durability.
Carefully curated from a palette inspired by the hues of fired clay, a softened color scheme was meticulously selected to imbue Terracotta with a distinctively premium allure, ensuring its prominence amidst competitors.
Complementing this, a sleek yet exotic typeface was chosen as the cornerstone of Terracotta's branding, accentuating its premium positioning in the market.
Packaging Design
Through a careful blend of the colour palette and thoughtfully selecting the packaging design, I created a fortified clay enclosure enveloping the product, evoking a hand-crafted aesthetic.
Meticulous attention to spatial arrangement facilitated the creation of a breathtaking design that not only captivates the eye but also communicates the inherent premium quality of the product.
Remaining faithful to a minimalist approach enables Terracotta to assert its position among the elite ranks of car care products, exuding an aura of sophistication and refinement.
